Shipping Policy

Processing Time Each piece is handmade to order. Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be prepared and packed before it ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery We ship via UPS, FedEx and USPS within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days once shipped.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer. Delivery times vary by destination.

Fragile Items All ceramics are carefully wrapped and packed to ensure they arrive safely. Despite our best efforts, damage can occasionally occur in transit.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please photograph the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery and contact us at loisharveyart@gmail.com so we can make it right. For lost packages, please reach out and we'll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
